If you live on a property accessed via NM Highway 536 east of the National Forest and west of NM Highway 14, you are automatically a basic member of the SPSBNA, with access to info on community news, events, issues, etc.
Basic Membership
No charge, but please fill out and return the mailing list to ensure that we have accurate info for the SPSBNA Directory. Also you will be able to receive occasional newsletters, surveys, etc. Send us an email to be added to the SPSBNA email list.
Active Memberships:
Eligible
to debate and vote on issues, elect board members, etc. Also you will
be able to receive vehicle decals
$10 Seniors (60 & up),
$15 singles, $25 Families.
Advance
Memberships:
$50 Turquoise
- Receive: Decals,
license plate and information booklet.
$75 Silver
- Receive: Decals, license plate, baseball
cap and information booklet.
$100
Gold - Receive: Decals,
license plate, baseball cap, t-shirt and information booklet.

Whether you know it or not, all
those who live in property that's accessed via Highway 536 are basic
members of our Neighborhood Association and eligible to receive
periodic email updated on news of the neighborhood – if you
fill out the membership form.
If
you would like to become an advanced member and help support
our efforts to improve our neighborhood, we invite you to fill out
the membership form and attach a
